Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aroh, a desktop application and related services (together, the "Service") provided by AISRobotech OPC PVT LTD ("AISRobotech", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India. By downloading, installing, or using Aroh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Aroh is

Aroh is a native desktop application that acts as an AI agent. It can read files in a project you open, propose and make edits, run commands you approve, generate diagrams, and produce documents such as reports and presentations. Aroh shows you a diff or asks for confirmation before it changes files or runs commands, except where you have configured it to skip that step.

2. Accounts

  • You need an account to use Aroh beyond the free trial points.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

3. Points, billing, and payment

  • Aroh is billed using a prepaid points system, denominated in Indian Rupees. The rate is 10 points = ₹1, shown on the Pricing page.
  • New accounts receive ₹10 (100 points) free on signup. This credit is one-time per account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • You may purchase additional points ("recharge") using UPI or other payment methods we make available. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full payment card or UPI credentials.
  • Points are consumed as you use the Service. Once your point balance reaches zero, the Service will pause agent actions until you recharge.
  • Points do not expire, but remain subject to these Terms and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms.
  • Prices for recharge packs are shown in Indian Rupees, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Aroh to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate or distribute malware, or attempt to compromise systems you do not own or have permission to test.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

5. Your content and output

  • You retain ownership of the code, files, and content in the projects you open with Aroh.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any diff, command, or generated document before accepting it. Aroh is a tool; it does not replace your judgment about what to run or ship.
  • We do not claim ownership of output generated for you by Aroh.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Aroh's cloud-side model access available, but the Service depends on third-party infrastructure and network connectivity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend or modify parts of the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, with notice where practical.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated output, including code, diagrams, and documents, may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it, especially before running commands or deploying code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISRobotech OPC PVT LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of profit, or damage caused by code or commands executed on your machine. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using Aroh and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse the Service. On termination for cause, any remaining point balance may be forfeited as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [[FILL IN: city/state for jurisdiction, e.g. Bengaluru, Karnataka]] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
